    The Technology Strategy Board's Retrofit the Future programme publishes its conclusions. BBM's The Nook eco-retrofit is one of the study's 86 projects reviewed and was the largest and the only detached property in the entire study and yet scored the seventh lowest carbon emission per square metre.
