'It's Easy Being Green' Duncan Baker-Brown to talk at Brighton & Hove Chamber of Commerce's 'Inspirational Breakfast' - 13/01/12
News Item 41 - 09/01/12
"Being green shouldn’t cost the earth! I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to build my own eco house 8 years ago. It only cost us £150,000 to build and at current rates costs about £850 a year for combined utilities. (This used to be £450 a year before prices started to rise recently). If you find that your green development is working out more expensive than normal, question your design team. If they can’t do anything about it get a team that can.”
