    "Being green shouldn’t cost the earth! I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to build my own eco house 8 years ago. It only cost us £150,000 to build and at current rates costs about £850 a year for combined utilities. (This used to be £450 a year before prices started to rise recently).  If you find that your green development is working out more expensive than normal, question your design team. If they can’t do anything about it get a team that can.”

    BBM are very pleased to announce that Project Architect James Rae has been made an Associate. James has worked for BBM for over three years where he has been responsible for designing and delivering some of our most innovative projects including the government funded 'Retrofit the Future' super low energy Victorian house project The Nook in Brighton and numerous other contemporary low carbon buildings. Well done James.
