BBM are interested in teaming up with a building services design consultant to help on a range of smaller but demanding energy efficiency building projects. The range of skills required would be early stage energy analysis and strategy, energy performance calculation (SAP, SBEM and CSH) and a good working knowledge of building services design specification and installation. A local practitioner with PII would be desirable.
